What would you do in the First 5 minutes of an emergency?

“Working with Ken and Dave of First 5 Consulting Group has been a genuine pleasure. They are guiding The Caedmon School through a full review of our safety and emergency procedures, including a security audit. With a sharp eye, they quickly identified where our procedures fell short and offered practical, clear suggestions to strengthen them. These are serious topics, but Ken and Dave make them manageable. They are personable and approachable, communicate constantly, and stay right on top of every milestone, so we always know where things stand. I would recommend them without hesitation to any school that wants to get this work right.”
